The Drying Process

Typically, this equipment is left on-site on the first day of service. We properly disinfect the affected areas and apply EPA-approved antimicrobial solutions to prevent and eliminate mold, if present.

During the drying process, an expert will monitor your progress daily to ensure materials are drying efficiently using industry-standard moisture reading technology. We digitally record the drying process with photos and attach the results to your personal customer profile to provide accountable record-keeping for insurance providers.
